AMFRAP deeply cares about your privacy. We only process data necessary for (improving) our services and handle the information we collect about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available for commercial purposes to third parties.

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by AMFRAP. The effective date for these conditions is 03/05/2024; publishing a new version voids all previous versions. This policy outlines what data we collect about you, what these data are used for, and under what conditions and with whom these data may be shared. We also explain how we store your data, how we protect your data against misuse, and what rights you have regarding the personal data you provide to us.

Payment Processors

Mollie

For handling (part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the platform of Mollie. Mollie processes your name, address, residence details, and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, within that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. All the above safeguards concerning the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not retain your data longer than permitted by legal terms.

Ratings, Shipping, and Logistics

PostNL

When you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use PostNL for the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and residence details with PostNL. PostNL only uses this data for the execution of the agreement. If PostNL engages subcontractors, your data will also be provided to these parties.

DHL

When you place an order with us, it is our job to deliver your package to you. We use DHL for the deliveries. It is necessary for us to share your name, address, and residence details with DHL. DHL only uses this data for the execution of the agreement. If DHL engages subcontractors, your data will also be provided to these parties.

Invoicing and Accounting

DigiBTW

For maintaining our administration and accounting, we use the services of DigiBTW. We share your name, address, residence details, and details related to your order with them.

This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data are sent and stored securely. DigiBTW is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. DigiBTW does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.

Purpose of Data Processing

General Purpose of Processing

We only use your data for the purpose of our service provision, meaning the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will explicitly ask for your permission. Your data are not shared with third parties, other than to fulfill accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to secrecy based on the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.

Automatically Collected Data

Data automatically collected by our website are processed with the aim of further improving our services. These data (such as your IP address, web browser, and operating system) are not personal data.

Cooperation in Fiscal and Criminal Investigation

In some cases, AMFRAP may be obligated by law to share your data in connection with governmental fiscal or criminal investigations. In such a case, we are forced to share your data, but we will resist within the limits of the law.

Retention Periods

We retain your data as long as you are a client of ours. This means we keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also interpret this as a request to forget. This also means we will not keep your data for more than two years from the last contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification. Due to applicable administrative obligations, we must keep invoices with your (personal) data for the duration of the applicable term. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents we have created as a result of your assignment.

Your Rights

Under applicable Dutch and European legislation, you as the data subject have certain rights regarding the personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, to prevent misuse, we send copies and copies of your data only to your email address known to us. If you wish to receive the data at a different email address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep an administration of processed requests; in the case of a forget request, we administer anonymized data. You always have the right to restrict the data that we (let) process related to your person or that can be traced back to you. You can make a request in that regard to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation at our known email address that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to Data Portability

You always have the right to have the data that we (let) process and that relate to your person or can be traced back to it, carried out by another party. You can make a request in that regard to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or have been processed by other processors or third parties at our direction. It is likely that we can no longer continue the service after such a transfer, as the secure linking of data files can no longer be guaranteed.

Right to Object and Other Rights

In certain cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of AMFRAP. If you object, we will immediately cease processing your data pending the resolution of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will make available to you copies and/or copies of data that we (let) process and then cease processing permanently.
